The Enrichment Center is thrilled to announce that we have received a generous grant from the Winston-Salem Foundation to support our efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting and training.
As an organization, we believe that diversity and inclusion are essential to our mission of providing educational and enrichment opportunities for all members of our community. We recognize that in order to truly serve our community, we must actively work to create a more inclusive and equitable environment.
With this grant, we will be able to expand our DEI consulting and training services to better serve our local community. We will be able to provide targeted training and support for our staff, volunteers, and community partners to help them understand and address issues related to equity and inclusion. We will also be able to provide resources and support for individuals and organizations looking to improve their DEI practices.
We are incredibly grateful for the support of the Winston-Salem Foundation and we look forward to working with our community to create a more inclusive and equitable future.
As we move forward, we will continue to work towards creating a more inclusive and equitable environment, not just within our own organization, but within the broader community as well. We believe that by working together, we can create a more just and equitable society for all.
