Enrichment Center selected as one of 36 NC partner organizations in the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation Non-Profit Internship Program

15 June 2018

The Enrichment Center is thrilled to announce that we have been selected as one of 36 North Carolina partner organizations in the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation Non-Profit Internship Program.

This program provides funding for nonprofit organizations to host interns, giving college students the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the nonprofit sector. The program also helps to build capacity for nonprofits by providing them with dedicated support during the summer months.

The Enrichment Center is a nonprofit organization that provides art-based educational and enrichment programs for adults living with an intellectual or development disability in our community. We are dedicated to helping them reach their full potential by providing them with access to resources and opportunities that they may not have otherwise.

Our internship program is an important part of our mission, and we are excited to have the support of the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation to help us continue to provide valuable learning experiences for college students. We are grateful for this opportunity to expand our impact and make a greater difference in our community.

We are looking forward to welcoming our intern Maria Rivera of Salem College to the Enrichment Center team this summer, and we are confident that she will make valuable contributions to our organization and the community. Thank you to the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation for supporting our mission and helping us to make a difference in the lives of youth in our community.
