Gateway Gallery & Studios

The Gateway Gallery offers close to 1300 square feet of beautifully lit exhibit and sales space, offering the public the opportunity to view and purchase original art, fine crafts and unique gift items. Community artists are invited to show their work in conjunction with our artists, providing opportunities for integration of talent and ideas.  Exhibits change every two months, with a reception for each opening where our Percussion Ensemble performs in a relaxed atmosphere.  The exterior gallery entrance is adorned with a mosaic wall called “1,000 Flowers” created jointly by our artists and Jan Detter, a local Mosaic artist. A sculpture garden featuring sculptures created by our artists and Duncan Lewis, John Martin and Derek Monk, was added to the grounds in 2009. This garden was designed to allow for art to rotate in and out, giving back to our community who so warmly embraces and supports what we do.

Our artists receive commissions from gallery sales, allowing them to choose to be artists as a vocational option. The Gallery is open to the public Tuesday through Friday, 12:30-4:30pm and by appointment. For more information, call (336)777-0076, ext. 238.
